At Erudio Early Childhood Center, we believe in providing families with clear and transparent information regarding programme fees, payment arrangements, additional annual charges, withdrawals, and refunds.

All fees and enrolment arrangements are subject to the Parent–ECC Contract, Erudio Early Childhood Center policies, and applicable KHDA requirements.

Nursery Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Academic Year 2026–2027

Term 1: September – December 2026
Term 2: January – March 2027
Term 3: April – June 2027

Tuition Fees & Payment Options

Tuition fees are payable in advance according to the payment arrangement agreed at the time of enrolment.

Our standard payment options are:

Termly tuition fees are payable in advance before the commencement of each applicable term.

Flexible monthly instalment arrangements may also be considered on an individual basis to support families with payment flexibility, subject to prior written agreement with the Center. A monthly instalment arrangement is a payment facility only and does not change the total applicable tuition fee or the terms of enrolment.

Specific tuition fees vary according to the child’s programme, age group, attendance schedule, and selected nursery timings.

Camps

Termly and yearly tuition fees do not include camps.

Holiday camps, term-break camps, summer camps, and other special camp programmes are charged separately unless otherwise specifically communicated by the Center.

Where a flexible monthly instalment arrangement has been agreed, this does not automatically include camp fees unless confirmed separately in writing.

REGISTRATION & ANNUAL FEES
Registration / Enrolment Deposit – AED 1,000

An AED 1,000 registration/enrolment deposit is payable during the enrolment process following confirmation and acceptance of the child’s place.

The payment secures the child’s enrolment and is subject to applicable KHDA requirements regarding registration deposits, including any applicable limits and refund conditions.

Where required under KHDA regulations, the registration deposit will be adjusted against the child’s programme fees.

The registration/enrolment deposit is generally non-refundable once the place has been accepted and confirmed, except where a refund is required under applicable KHDA regulations or the Parent–ECC Contract.

Medical & Health Services Fee – AED 1,000 Per Academic Year

An annual Medical & Health Services Fee of AED 1,000 is payable for every enrolled child.

The fee contributes towards the medical, health, wellbeing, and related services provided by the Center throughout the academic year.

This fee is separate from tuition fees and is payable once per academic year.

Parent Communication App Fee – AED 200 Per Academic Year

An annual Parent Communication App Fee of AED 200 is payable for every enrolled child.

The communication platform provides families with access to child updates, observations, learning information, announcements, notices, photographs, communication, and other relevant Center information.

This fee is payable once per academic year.

RE-REGISTRATION

Re-registration for the following academic year will be offered to existing families during the current academic year.

Where a re-registration deposit is required, the applicable amount, payment deadline, and conditions will be communicated to parents in advance and will be applied in accordance with KHDA requirements.

A child’s place for the following academic year is not considered secured until the required re-registration process and applicable payment have been completed.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY

Parents wishing to withdraw their child from Erudio Early Childhood Center must submit a formal written withdrawal request to the Center.

The official date on which the Center receives the written withdrawal request will be used when determining any applicable tuition fee liability or refund.

A child’s absence, family holiday, travel, illness, or non-attendance does not automatically constitute withdrawal.

Fees will continue to apply while the child remains officially enrolled and the place remains reserved, subject to applicable KHDA requirements.

Withdrawal Before the Start of the Academic Year

Where a formal written withdrawal request is received before the commencement of the academic year, tuition fees paid in advance will be refunded in accordance with applicable KHDA requirements and the Parent–ECC Contract.

Any applicable registration or re-registration deposit will be treated in accordance with KHDA refund requirements.

Withdrawal After the Programme Has Commenced

Where a child is withdrawn after the applicable term or programme has commenced, tuition fee liability will be calculated in accordance with KHDA requirements:

Attendance / enrolment of two weeks or less:
The equivalent of one month’s tuition fee will be payable.

Attendance / enrolment of more than two weeks and up to one month:
The equivalent of two months’ tuition fees will be payable.

Attendance / enrolment exceeding one month:
The full applicable term tuition fee will be payable.

Any refundable balance will be calculated after applying the relevant tuition fee liability and any other applicable charges.

ABSENCE & RESERVED PLACES

Tuition fees are charged for the child’s enrolled place and the educational and care services made available by the Center.

Accordingly, tuition fees are not normally reduced, credited, transferred, or refunded due to individual non-attendance, including:

Family holidays or travel
Voluntary absence
Late return following holidays
Temporary non-attendance
Personal family circumstances

Medical or other exceptional circumstances will be considered in accordance with applicable KHDA requirements and the Parent–ECC Contract.

A parent wishing to stop future fee liability must complete the Center’s formal withdrawal procedure.

Simply informing a teacher that the child will not attend, discontinuing attendance, or remaining absent does not constitute formal withdrawal.

DISCOUNTS

Sibling discounts, corporate discounts, promotional offers, and other special fee arrangements are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Where a discount has been applied and the child is subsequently withdrawn, any refund or outstanding tuition calculation will be determined in accordance with the applicable fee agreement, Parent–ECC Contract, and KHDA requirements.

OUTSTANDING FEES

Parents are responsible for ensuring that all tuition fees and other applicable charges are settled by the stated payment deadlines.

Where fees remain outstanding, the Center will issue the appropriate payment reminders and follow the procedures permitted under the Parent–ECC Contract and applicable KHDA requirements.

Any action concerning continued enrolment, official documentation, withdrawal records, or an outstanding account will be managed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
