At Erudio Early Learning Center, we believe in fostering a strong partnership with parents. Our open-door policy demonstrates our commitment to transparency, allowing you to witness the enriching learning experiences happening in our classrooms and throughout the nursery.

We warmly invite interested parents to schedule a personal tour of their chosen Erudio branch. This is your opportunity to engage with our team, ask detailed questions, and gain a thorough understanding of our educational philosophy and practices. During your visit, you will have the chance to observe our engaging activities, meet the nurturing educators who may guide your child, and familiarize yourself with our daily routine.

 We will also provide comprehensive information about our various payment structures and flexible timing options. We encourage you to talk about any specific needs or medical considerations your child may have so we can discuss how to best support their individual development.

2. Flexible Enrollment Options

Erudio Early Learning Center offers flexible enrollment plans designed to meet the diverse needs of families:

  • Children Under 3 Years: We provide flexible day options with a minimum attendance of 3 days per week and a maximum of 5 days. Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing you to choose from various daily durations, including:
    • Short Day: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
    • Extended Day: 8:00 AM – 3:00 /5:00 PM
    • Full Day: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • FS1 and FS2 Students: To ensure optimal preparation for formal schooling and comprehensive achievement of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework milestones, we recommend a minimum of 5 days per week attendance from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for children in Foundation Stage 1 and Foundation Stage 2.

3. Registration and Enrollment Procedure

To secure your child’s place at Erudio Early Learning Center, we offer the following registration options:

  • On-Site Registration: Following your scheduled tour, you may choose to pay a non-refundable registration fee of AED 1,000 and a medical fee of AED 1,000 (total AED 2,000). This will provisionally reserve your child’s seat until the term’s tuition fees are transferred.
  • Electronic Transfer: Alternatively, you can request our bank details and an invoice via email. This option allows you to remit the full term’s tuition fees, along with the non-refundable registration and medical fees, in a single transaction.

Upon initiating the registration process, you will receive a comprehensive list of required supporting documents and necessary forms. Please ensure the timely submission of the following:

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. Completed Medical Form
  3. Child’s Passport-Sized Photograph
  4. Copies of the Child’s Emirates ID (both front and back), Visa, and Passport
  5. Copies of the Mother’s Emirates ID (both front and back), Visa, and Passport
  6. Copies of the Father’s Emirates ID (both front and back), Visa, and Passport
  7. Copy of the Child’s Immunization/Vaccination Record
  8. Copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email and a welcome kit, which includes a complimentary Erudio Nursery T-shirt.

4. Welcoming Your Child to Erudio

Upon completion of the registration process, you will receive a personalized welcome email from your Centre Director. This communication will provide detailed guidance on preparing your child for their nursery experience and outline essential items to bring to the center (e.g., two water bottles, a set of spare clothing, socks).

                                                  Supporting Your Child’s Smooth Transition

To ensure a comfortable and positive introduction to the nursery environment, your child will be supported by a tailored integration plan. This plan is designed to address individual needs and alleviate any potential anxiety during the initial days, weeks, or even the first month. We will communicate the phases of this integration plan to you, enabling you to actively participate in your child’s transition and reassuring you during this important period.
